Nos aseguramos que provenga de zonas que por sus caracter\u00edsticas las hacen ideales para el cultivo de este arom\u00e1tico.
A este tipo de clasificaci\u00f3n se le llama Caf\u00e9 de Especialidad<\/strong>, el cual posee caracter\u00edsticas sensoriales de alta calidad que son calificadas y clasificadas por Catadores Q <\/strong>certificados por el Coffee Quality Institute<\/em><\/strong> bajo protocolos de la Specialty Coffee Asociation<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la parte trasera de tu empaque de Caf\u00e9 Madre Tierra<\/em>\u00ae<\/strong> podr\u00e1s ver una etiqueta con la Fecha de Caducidad y el Lote. Busca abajo el Lote correspondiente para ver la calificaci\u00f3n que tiene tu caf\u00e9, el origen, el perfil de taza y datos interesantes como la altitud de la finca, variedades de ar\u00e1bica, notas destacadas, entre otros. \u00a1Qu\u00e9 lo disfrutes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
